-Assists users with any issues related to connectivity, printers or help with applications. Example, activating or restricting different telephone options, such as long distance, 800 numbers, voice mail, rollover, etc...-Responsible for all Call Accounting.-Maintaining the phone system, such as necessary upgrades, updating virus software, changing and adding phone cards for expanding phone system.
