During the entire migration process I was contact with the client to ensure that the transition to the ZinonCloud infrastructure was as seamless as possible.My responsibilities in this role include:-Liaising with client contacts to schedule and implement the migration to ZinonCloud-Completing site surveys-Build and configure client servers(including Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2) and desktops.-Copy and upload client data.-Configure client software where possible.-Liaise with relevant software vendors to schedule and implement installation of software onto new desktops and servers.-Complete final installation including handover of new desktops to end-users.-Demonstrate new desktops and features to end-user clients.-Troubleshoot any initial problems that arise when the client goes live on the ZinonCloud infrastructure.-Liaise with the Support team to ensure that the handover of new client support is as efficient as possible. -Advise of improvements that can be implemented to improve the migration process.-Re-configuring on-site networks and PC's once migration to ZinonCloud is complete.
