As the Senior VMWare Engineer in ZinonCloud I am responsible for maintaining the day to day running of the ZinonCloud infrastructure.My responsibilities in this role include:-Configuring/Maintaining and updating Sonicwall Enterprise class firewalls.-Configuring/Maintaining and updating Sonicwall Email Security appliances-Configuring/Maintaining and updating Managed Switches-Configuring/Maintaining and updating VMWare View 4.5, 5.5 and 6 enviornments-Using multiple monitoring tools to ensure that all systems are running optimally.-Installing new physical servers and installing/configuring ESXi-Maintaining Storage SAN's and vSAN's-Configuring and maintaining VMWare standard and distributed switches-Installing and verifying all VMWare software updates.

As the Migration Manager in ZinonCloud I oversee and manage the migration team to ensure that new client migrations are completed in an efficient and time effective manner.My responsibilities in this role include:-Liaise with all members of the Migration team on a day to day basis.-Ensure that new clients are migrated onto ZinonCloud with as little disruption as possible.-Schedule all new client installations with the Migration team.-Report directly to the Technical Director on all migrations.-Resolve any issues that may arise during or after the migration of new clients.-Build and configure client servers(including Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2) and desktops.-Configure client software

As the Technical Support Manager I oversee and manage the Technical Support team to ensure that all issues are resolved in and efficient manner and that all clients are satisfied with the service provided by ZinonCloudMy responsibilities in this role include:-Liaise with all members of the Support team on a day to day basis.-Resolve any escalated issues that may arise.-Ensure all issues are resolved by conducting root cause analysis while continually communicating updates with the customer until the issue has been resolved.-Provide on-site support

As a Migration Agent my primary tasks were to build and migrate new clients onto the ZinonCloud infrastructure. During the entire migration process I was contact with the client to ensure that the transition to the ZinonCloud infrastructure was as seamless as possible.My responsibilities in this role include:-Liaising with client contacts to schedule and implement the migration to ZinonCloud-Completing site surveys-Build and configure client servers(including Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2) and desktops.-Copy and upload client data.-Configure client software where possible.-Liaise with relevant software vendors to schedule and implement installation of software onto new desktops and servers.-Complete final installation including handover of new desktops to end-users.-Demonstrate new desktops and features to end-user clients.-Troubleshoot any initial problems that arise when the client goes live on the ZinonCloud infrastructure.-Liaise with the Support team to ensure that the handover of new client support is as efficient as possible. -Advise of improvements that can be implemented to improve the migration process.-Re-configuring on-site networks and PC's once migration to ZinonCloud is complete.
