As a CSS I work with and provide transportation to low income, mentally ill, and homeless populations in Carroll County. I work to connect people with various resources such as mental health, economic, healthcare, and disability resources. This is all in an effort to help clients gain independence and to get back kn their feet.As a CC I work with youth populations with a mental health diagnosis. I work to connect children and their families to the above mentioned resources while being a mentor to the children and working on familial and social relationship building as well. Another major aspect is tea hing and modeling appropriate coping skills.Mentor- As a mentor I am a part of the hiring process where I complete the second job interview in the hiring process. This job also requires training new employees for 90 days and marking notes on their progress. This also involves direct communication with the management team on progress or lack there of.Car Captain- As car captain I maintain the company vehicles and ensure proper and frequent use. I am also responsible for scheduling and maintaining maintenance on the vehicles and documentation of car usage and collecting gas and carwash receipts.

Working under the direct supervision of an MT or BSC in the child’s home, school and community to provide the interventions outlined in the child’s treatment plan. General tasks associated with the role include collecting data and information about problematic behaviors and the child’s reactions, reinforcing parental roles/responsibilities with the child, helping the child to integrate into activities, helping the child to improve interactional skills with peers and adults, helping the child to deescalate, and helping the child to develop problem solving skills.

I would stock shelves and make sure that we would always have product on the shelf as long as it was in the store. I would retrieve items for customers if they needed an item that was currently in our back room. Assist customers in finding items and escort them to the item if they wished for that service. Working the dairy department. Working the seafood desk. Working a cash register when there was an overflow of customers. Loading and unloading trucks as well as signing in orders.

I open and close the store following store procedures. I count the registers at opening and closing to make sure we have maintained the appropriate levels of money. I also make bank runs, run the cash register, stock, accept shipments, and put up sales displays. All while providing customer service and solving problems as they arise.

I would teach an after school program based on what students were currently learning in school (at the time chemistry). I would do so through hands on experiments with some lecture with active participation from the students.
