- Spearheaded 2 departments with 17 full-time, 35 part-time, and over 200 volunteers providing senior citizen services- Collaborated across internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end project delivery and reporting - Oversaw inventory management, purchase, and maintenance operations for 13 fleet vehicles- Managed operations for the visually impaired, hearing, and dental care programs, ADRC & SEP Disability Services, HCBS, Medicaid, and Medicare services and provided local ombudsman and case management- Supervised 12 Facilities and 6 Kitchens within the 6 counties covering over 9,400 Sq. miles- Leveraged legal assistance for health insurance programs, contractual and provider monitoring, and audit regulations- Manage zero-based fiscal budgets, private grants, fundraising, and marketing of 31 state and federal grants of funding for the programs and services of the organization with over $4.5M in annual funds- Developed assistive technology room for disabled clients and veterans- Initiated training programs to create dementia-friendly communities in the Northeastern areas of CO

- Assisted over 85 communities to receive a Federal State CMP / CMS grant for Nursing, Memory Care, and Independent And Assisted Living Facilities - Provided monthly usage reports and analysis of grants and provisions to help monitor and achieve goals - Helped in monitoring and grant writing, quarterly reports, and customer services with training and monthly reviews, budgeting, billing, maintenance, and technical assistance
