Responsible for the execution of a comprehensive and integrated facilities real property recapitalization, renovation, and maintenance program for 3,884 facilities and structures, totaling 19.8 million maintainable square feet with a plant replacement value of $7.6 billion dollars, and corresponding utilities infrastructure (water, wastewater, electricity, natural gas) operations and maintenance program with a multi-disciplined organization comprised of 500+ military, civilian, and contracted personnel including certified professionals (engineers, architects, planners), service, and trades personnel, including bargaining and non-bargaining members. Primary responsibility included directing, managing, and oversight of real property, real estate planning, land use, and master planning; protection, enforcement of water rights and water resources; and management, execution of $100M+ annual operating/maintenance budget.

As Chief of Staff, was the Commanding General's principal assistant with primarily responsibility for directing, coordinating, supervising, and training the General's Primary and Special Staff sections for the 1st Marine Logistics Group (1st MLG) while deployed to Al Anbar Province, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. As Inspector, was the commander’s confidential advisor responsible for advising the Commanding General on the overall welfare and state of discipline of the organization; integrating a multi-functional inspection program; conducting inspections, investigations and inquiries; providing continuous, objective, and impartial assessments; and identifying and assisting in the resolution of systemic issues.
