Plans and implements all aspects of fundraising initiatives, including major gifts, identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of IDA donors. Designs, develops and manages annual appeals to promote and expand annual giving program. Guides the Capital Campaign Steering Committee to promote the campaign and provide support to solicitors. Writes grant proposals soliciting corporate and foundation support. Supervises Development Office staff.

Responsible for all activities relating to the trust administration, development and implementation of the stewardship program for planned giving donors and Hopkins alumni. Assisted Senior Special Events Coordinator with all large scale galas, events, and special projects including campaign dinners, trustee events, President’s and Associates Club events and more.
