Robert Hott is a Director of Leadership Engagement at Msgr O'Dwyer Retreat House. Colleagues describe him as "Robert is a dedicated Director of Development with a keen talent for forming relationships in the community. For him, a donor is not someone that will simply donate but will become someone with whom Robert will create a lasting connection. Through his network of donors, Robert can connect people and businesses for the betterment of both parties. As the Development Director for the Msgr. O'Dwyer Retreat House, Robert has helped to gather a group of strong supporters for the retreat house, enabling the youth of the Archdiocese of Baltimore to have a safe and relaxing place to "come apart and rest awhile" amidst the noise of their world. Through his fundraising and networking abilities, Robert has helped move the retreat house into a 21st Century center connecting teens with Christ. His dedication to the youth and young adults of the Archdiocese has allowed thousands of teens to have transformational experiences."
