The majority of the work I do is ISP splicing and rack installations. Multiple SONET rings built, Certified, and activated. As well as the Splicing of over 350 ISP/OSP sites onto those SONET rings .In addition I have completed numerous emergency repairs and “hot cut” jobs on existing CBS SONET rings and spliced over 20 Emergency repair jobs for Cox and Level 3. I am Responsible for training new Fiber Optic Techs in all aspects of ISP/OSP Fiber Optic Installation and repair. I provided input on the future design, scheduling and splicing of any new network upgrades
