Consulting with Forward Systems as a Technical PM and Staff Engineer for multiple project with major cable providers. Helping to establish and build out teams of highly skilled engineers to meet our client’s needs.• Led team in the effort to complete a full systems audit across the entire national footprint of the client’s servers. Identified years’ worth of unused and unneeded configurations and produced a report of recommended clean up items to help improve system efficiency.• Directed teams on to meet monthly deadlines for configuration changes that client was contractually obligated to meet.• Help to identify and interview potential candidates for the various engineering roles needed. When needed trained engineers on new technologies they had not yet gained experience on.• Involved in all projects from the beginning included but not limited to forecasting project duration and cost to build out for SOWs to submit to clients.

• Involved in every step of a project's life cycle including working to forecast project costs. Included in that was sourcing and on boarding all new engineers that would contribute to my teams.• Directed teams of Systems Engineers deploying and supporting critical projects for our customer base. Engineers were both employees and contractors working locally in our office, remote from home, and remote in the customer's office.• Developed travel policy for handling long term remote projects. Negotiated contracts for rental cars and lodging as well as determining per-diem for resources. Reviewed expenses to ensure compliance with policy. Effort reduced corporate travel costs by 34% over the life of the projects.• Built deep relationships with client management, directors, and VP's. These relationships allowed us to forecast and staff new projects and to learn of new business before our competitors.• Work quarterly with end customers to project labor costs and expenses for the upcoming term to create new SOW's or to create a change request for existing PO's. Used those figures to help with internal projections and margin calculations.Senior Systems EngineerOnepath Systems LLC, Lawrenceville, GA• Led deployments, upgrades, and support of new hardware and software for our Tier II cable customers.• Developed site specific methods and procedures documentation.• Set up status calls with corporate and local resource teams.• Performed the installs and upgrades or led the teams doing so.• Was contracted out to Cisco SIT for 4+ years to perform testing of platform releases for Cisco. These platforms included full releases of the controllers as well as network devices. Some examples of these platforms are EC, ECS, DNCS, Video QAMS, VOD Systems, DCMs, RFGWs, SDV, and Netcrypts.• As a contractor to Cisco was the product SME for CPEMS which is used to maintain the correct accounting of Set-top boxes that are owned by multiple EC's that are managed by a single ECS.

• Stock Building Supply was the market leader in construction supplies in the North American market.• Managed 33 employees of the framing yard, stock, and logistics for the north GA market.• Member of MAPS committee who explored new market directives and streamlined business practices. Implemented productivity gains that raised revenue by 40% while decreasing staff by 25%.

• Inspected and repaired all commercial vacuum pumps that came into the shop.• Calibrated test equipment to ensure accuracy.• Assisted with designs for TVA and Georgia Power cooling system purification used on the nuclear power plants.
