Principal Scientist - Materials and Surface Analysis. Use of XPS, SIMS, atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to study bio-material surfaces. Initiated/completed multiple studies that characterized polymers modified to resist protein binding, evaluated functionalized microparticles, and identified contaminants & modifications.
