Robert N. Johnson is a Partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. practicing in the areas of construction defect litigation, sinkhole claims, property damage claims, first party insurance claims, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Johnson’s practice also includes handling PIP/no-fault defense and investigations, bodily injury, subrogation claims, foreclosure representation for mortgage loan servicers and lending institutions, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and defense of Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) claims. Mr. Johnson received his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, Orlando, Fla., in May 2008 and his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Virginia Intermont College, Bristol, Va., in 2004. Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida
