Provide team members with individual and group development opportunities including training, performance planning, feedback and appraisals, and general performance management. Lead and facilitate assigned shift personnel in the efficient operation of the power plant to optimize unit availability and meet the requirements of the trading center and transmission control center, while protecting and preserving company assets.
