• Control and monitor transfers the bulk liquid fine chemicals stored and handled at the facility. • Understand printed load orders and confirm that the proper quantities are transferred by utilizing flow meter, batch controllers, tank gauging systems. • Assist in generating the proper transfer documentation and shipping documents.• We perform first level mechanical maintenance on pumps, valves and filters. Troubleshoots related equipment as needed.• Assist in responding to terminal emergencies such as spills and fires.• Open and close motor operated and manual valves. Activate and monitor product transfer pumps. Monitor tank and line heating systems. • Verify automated tank gauging systems with tape gauges and volume calculations.

• Certified loader/ operator in three different Chemical units DEF, Ammonia, & Urea.• Inspect all valves and tank levels on the computer.• Load barges operating pay loader, tank trucks and railcars with a variety of chemicals in a safely manner. • Switch railcars in different areas of plant while properly communicating with engineer to make sure everything is running efficiently safely. • Ensure that the barges are well positioned and secured properly before loading and releasing. • Load hoppers and check the weight before and after product transferred.• Visually inspect barges, railcars, hoppers for any mechanical issues. • Follows all procedures, safety rules, guidelines and polices within the company. • Ability to work with shift team to conduct a balance workload and ensuring work is complete by due dates in a safely manner. • Conducts effective proper shift relief on time and productively.• Responsible for coaching and training new employees on all three units. • Communicate with other workers in the tank forms for ammonia transfers in the tank farm and the computer. • Write lock out tag outs for when a job has to be done around the plant.• Open and close different valves to release product for loading.

• Ability to Load and unload railcars in a safety manner. • Assist with training and coaching new employees. • Ability to comply all safety rules and duties in a proper manner. • Spots railcar for shift team before loading and unloading railcar. • Ability to install check valves.• Connect loading hoses to equipment.• Perform minor routine maintenance on equipment.• Follows all procedures, safety rules, guidelines and polices within the company.• Communicate with shift team through radio device for switching.• Follow switching procedure daily to perform work efficiently.
