Responsible for the moving of goods using Bendi forklift truck for organising optimal storage solutions. Supervision of picking and packing of temporary staff, maintaining contact between the factory and the warehouse. Actively involved in the relocation of the warehouse, creating new shelving systems and locations.

This was a mixed position where I alternated as a minibus, car and van driver and warehouse coordinator / driver, on an as needed basis.

This was a multi-faceted position where my responsibilities included: - Accounting procedures, relating to the purchase and sale of goods as well as responsibility for debit and credit payments. - Trading procedures which involved maintaining contact with clients and suppliers as well making informed calculations for the trade or inventory. - A logistical component which involved searching for optimal transport methods. I handled customs issues outside the EU as well as import and export directions. - A marketing component whereby I maintained and updated the company website as well as designing and preparing marketing tools (printed items, brochures and gifts with the company logo).

Duties included planning, designing and layout of the shop. Logistical calculations for customer. Maintaining contact with customers. Configuring price calculations for customers.

In this position I was responsible for hiring and training new employees, ordering stock and products, performing Health and Safety training every month and performing various accounting duties.
