Daily duties include being the liaison between the internal environmental design staff of 8 and sales department of >20/account managers/IT/facilities to ensure timely assignment of incoming deadline driven projects. This includes an understanding of sophisticated software/forms/production techniques/vendors needed to produce highly publicized events, exhibits and multimillion dollar tradeshows. Also, lead freelance design team/interns while managing their payroll and file organization. Design inspiring renderings/presentations for external/corporate clients utilizing 3D Studio Max/Adobe CC and maintain office supplies for department employees and printer equipment.

Significantly reduced cost of large volume materials by 29% in an 18-month period by monitoring current sales trends from multiple trusted vendors. Instructed employees on how to mount printed materials with Seal laminators and scheduled production to provide timely delivery. Directly communicated with clients and account executives to ensure precise AutoCAD/ExpoCAD floor/carpet plans to be utilized in the set up of trade shows in venues nation wide.
