Robert first cut his teeth into operational management when he was tasked as NCOIC for his Aviation Battalion's Medical supply and maintenance systems. Responsible for millions worth of equipment and supplies, he operated the programs at a Zero loss, for 4 years. Robert's military career later propelled his success at a Medical Technology startup called Dispatch Health, where he was instrumental in the successful scaling of his market by 5x. His market led the company in growth rate and size, as well as productivity. Dispatch Health is now valued at almost 2 billion dollars. Most recently, Robert found his way into another tech startup called Crumbl Cookies. He owns and operates one of their franchises in Seminole, FL. Crumbl Cookies is the fastest growing franchise in the world. His ability to utilize pertinent data and analytics continue to allow him to achieve operational excellence.
