Provides intelligence analytical support to the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) in the collective training requirements of Army Corps and Division units. Provides direct support to the Operations Group A Intelligence Warfighting Function Chief through analysis of exercise observations as they apply to the tactical and operational level of war. Researches and analyzes operations during exercises to ensure conformity with U.S. Joint and Army doctrine, policies, and procedures. Develops and produces graphic production for After Action Reviews (AAR), Mission Command Training (MCT) Workshops, In-Progress reviews (IPRs), and briefings. Support the MCTP AAR analysis and production. Additionally, trained as a Work Cell Instructor Controller capable of training military personnel on the Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM), WARSIM Intelligence Module (WIM), and Intelligence WfF specific simulation processes and procedures. Enforces realism of exercise through role playing and conflict adjudication and resolution. Supports the AAR process by communicating significant events using the Workstation Reporting System (WRS). Works with the MCTP Observer/Coach/Trainers (OCT) toward a common understanding of Intelligence organization and structure.Additional duties performed:Exercise Plans and Operations Coordinator (POC) responsible for synchronizing allplanning efforts for Operations Group A and also leads the Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) planning effort for the overall exercise and primary site, or for a secondary site.

Course Manager and lead instructor for the Military Intelligence (MI) Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE) Phase III Follow-on course. Responsible for the coaching, mentoring and training of more than 60 Field grade and Senior Field grade Warrant Officers (WO) from the Active, Reserve and National Guard components in critical tasks required for MI WO to serve in Senior Field Grade WO positions within a joint, inter-organizational and multi-national operational environment. Develops and implements lesson plans and updates training support materials to facilitate content development and maintain course relevancy to evolving Army doctrine and requirements. Assists with course development and instruction for the MI Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education (WOILE) Phase III course. Advises the Chief of the Warrant Officer Training Branch (WOTB) and chain-of command on all MIWOSSE and WOILE training requirements.

Responsible for managing the careers and worldwide assignments of more than 1,500 U.S. Army Military Intelligence Warrant Officers in nine diverse Military Occupational Specialties. Balances professional development and personal needs of MI Warrant Officers with Army requirements to ensure units are manned consistent with the Department of the Army (DA) manning guidance and priorities established by the Commanding General of the Human Resources Command (HRC). Daily counsel, inform, mentor, and train supported Warrant Officers with regard to assignments, professional development, Army transformation, force stabilization, records maintenance, and all other matters that pertain to their personal and professional development. Directly supports overseas contingency operations and Army transformation through the assignment process.

Supports the Intelligence Warfighting Function (WFF) Chief in providing training support to Army, Corps and Division-level commanders and their staffs as they conduct Joint, Combined, Intergovernmental, Interagency and Multinational operations at the ARFOR/ASCC, JFLCC and JTF Headquarters level. Responsible for doctrinal review of Joint and Army Component war plans. Reviews and provides input to operational level (Joint, Combined and Service) intelligence doctrine. Prepares and facilitates high quality intelligence seminars for General Officers and their staffs. Responsible for compiling intelligence lessons learned from current intelligence operations of deployed U.S. forces.

Senior All Source Analyst supervising six two person teams comprised of international and joint intelligence analysts. Coordinate and supervise the intelligence assessments process and routine of the 6 regional analysts within the Current Operations CFT on behalf of the Current Operations Officer, CJ2 Operations. Focused on topics, trends or themes that have an operational impact upon ISAF operations. Collate intelligence support from all regional teams to develop Afghanistan-wide products. Produce input and collates and reviews recurring intelligence products including the Intelligence Summary. Performs fusion of all source intelligence to direct teams in their analysis. Collaborate with higher, lower, and adjacent intelligence organizations.

Course Manager and primary instructor for the Military Intelligence Warrant Officer Basic Course - All Source Intelligence Technician Basic Course (350F). Trains and certifies approximately 70 Warrant Officer Students annually from Active, Reserve and National Guard components. Assists with instruction for the Military Intelligence Warrant Officer Basic Course-Common Core and the Military Intelligence Warrant Officer Advance Course. Serves as the Academic advisor and mentor to all 350F students. Develops schedules, lesson plans, and training support materials.
