Enforces realism of exercise through role playing and conflict adjudication and resolution. Supports the AAR process by communicating significant events using the Workstation Reporting System (WRS). Works with the MCTP Observer/Coach/Trainers (OCT) toward a common understanding of Intelligence organization and structure.Additional duties performed:Exercise Plans and Operations Coordinator (POC) responsible for synchronizing allplanning efforts for Operations Group A and also leads the Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) planning effort for the overall exercise and primary site, or for a secondary site.
Military Intelligence Senior Service Education Course Manager
Course Manager and lead instructor for the Military Intelligence (MI) Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE) Phase III Follow-on course. Responsible for the coaching, mentoring and training of more than 60 Field grade and Senior Field grade Warrant Officers (WO) from the Active, Reserve and National Guard components in critical tasks required for MI WO to serve in Senior Field Grade WO positions within a joint, inter-organizational and multi-national operational environment.
