This consisted of the teardown of 4500 sqft of CMU walls, the removal of the existing HVAC system and the complete rework of the hotand cold-water plumbing. The new design required the installation of 30,000 lft of conduit along with over 100,000lft of data line. The electric system required a completely new upgrade with the addition load being added. ADOAS along with five LG VFR’s were installed with an entirely new duct and refrigeration system.
