Site Manager helping in delivering phase 3 of the £1.5 billion pound regeneration scheme of Woolwich Arsenal. My initial responsibility was to help with establishing the site and welfare facilities followed by overlooking sheet piling, bulk excavation, RC frame and front facade installation.This project consists of 250 units spread over 6 blocks and two listed buildings, gymnasium, concierge, cinema and leisure centre with swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Works comprises of front Facade retention and demolition of 80% of the back structure, new shell and core tied into retained facade. Full internal fit out, back elevation brick/block work. 6-7th floor steel frame, timber, slate and lead roof and underpinning works to the basement vaults. Works comprised of complete ground works & RC frame, External Cladding, full internals, landscaping and logistics. My position was assistant Site Manager responsible for allocating and supervising operatives, monitoring sub-contractor and progress, coordinating works between subcontractors, quality check, snagging, working to dead line and under presser.
