The TDP consist of both paper and digital formatting of the drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Metadata used for cataloguing drawings into the USAF JEDMICS (Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System).Developed TDP for Combined Altitude Radar Altimeter (CARA) installation for C-130 Air Craft, Emergency Locator Transponder (ELT) installation for C-130 Air Craft, Helicopter Terrain Awareness Warning System (HTAWS) installation for UH-1N Huey Helicopters, Mode 5 for C-130 Air Craft, 8.33 Radio installation for C-130H(N) Air Craft and RFCM (Radio Frequency Counter Measures) C-130J Air Craft.Designed ALR-47/69 benchtop tester (VSGU - Video Signal Generator Upgrade), ALR-20 test bench and ALT-32 test console.

Designed sound proofing panels for portable generator using SolidWorks 3D CAD software. Developed the mechanical components of a speaker system along with the mounts used for mounting to different military vehicles for SOCOM. Designed a portable power distribution box that is used by SOCOM to input from a single source of power and output to a multitude of power configurations.

Designed lab environment test stations for testing of the ALR-20 and ALT-32 Radar Warning Systems utilizing work benches and console racks. Created 3D models of prototype of a compact portable ALQ-172 Coupler used for testing the Radar Warning System at the flight line level. Assisted in the design of internal components of the ALR-20 LRU’s. Wrote mechanical sections for test station maintenance manuals on maintainability, removal and disassembly. Performed Quality Assurance that entailed inspection of parts to insure the items meet drawing requirements and specifications dimensionally and visually. Working with vendors to correct the parts to meet specifications and insure that the parts arrive in a timely manner. Assisted lab technicians with modification and assembly of equipment designed by SRC. Helped to troubleshoot and provide solutions to issues that arise during manufacturing of SRC developed components.

Project lead in design and development of the UK C130K ALR-56M RWR Hood Set, Osprey MV-22 AN/APR-39A ACS, that are used to provide a low cost, maintainable, On-Aircraft RF testing capability that can be used with any RF source or test set. Designed and developed the Egypt ALE-47 Hot Mockup Bench, AAR-47 Hot Mockup Bench, BAE ALR-56M Hot Mockup Bench, ALQ-213 Portable Test Unit (PTU) and QRC-8405 Integrated Support Stations (ISS) that are used to provide the ability to operate, test, and evaluate system hardware and software performance in an off-aircraft/non-flight line environment and simulates operation of the respective system as if it were installed in an aircraft. Utilized Microsoft Office projects (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Visio) for maintaining project records, notes, work instructions / procedures, charts and presentations.
