Supervise operations of production when needed. Manage all safety operations including training, audits, and insure we comply with OSHA standards. Conduct safety investigations. Work with maintenance and quality to ensure production and operations run smooth and safely. Conduct hazard asses for all job functions. Report LTI's and and incidents in Intelex for global tracking. Communicate global safety goals and and conduct safety meeting with the facility. Train the facility and contractors on company safety policies.

Train mold technicians. Create SDS books and maintain them. Work with quality to ensure products meet the specifications. Supervise Soft Plastics. Work with marketing, engineering, and operations on new products and processes. Schedule production for soft plastics. Start up and supervise all new areas of the plant. Keep up with all hazardous materials. Conduct safety audits in the facility.

Assign service calls and overtime. Repair and install central heat and air systems. Respond to any calls that the other technicians are not able to address. Manage man power according to public demand.
