I'm an urban and regional planner specialising in project appraisal, strategic planning and market analysis. I've worked as a Consultant in Australia for around 15 years and in that time I've directed and managed a wide range of studies for both public and private sector clients. I've directed a number of large redevelopment/ regeneration projects in Sydney's inner-city suburbs and growth areas and have also worked on strategic renewal studies at a metropolitan level. I’ve directed employment lands and commercial centres studies for numerous LGAs including: Holroyd, Port Stephens, Coffs Harbour, Armidale, Canada Bay, City of Sydney, Leichhardt, Marrickville, Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai. In 2013, I directed the housing market component of the Lower Hunter Regional Strategy review and led the Illawarra Regional Strategy retail and housing analysis.
