Supervise design teams in the design of highway structures which include bridges, culverts, pipes, riser structures, noise walls and retaining walls.Prepare contract documents, including plans, specifications and estimates, for the construction of highway related structures.Direct the activities of a project. Provide leadership in order to address the issues of management and control of a major highway activity.Supervise lower-level engineers.
