Responsible for the delivery of initial and specialized training to clients for commercial card during implementation for Bank of America and partner banks on the Works/ePayables platform. Manage scheduling for Works, providing client training sessions in a many to one environment. Design, develop and facilitate monthly advanced training sessions for existing clients. Provided advanced training during the NC and SC State conference including government, higher education and other state agencies. Facilitates one on one training for issue resolution with clients. Frequently called upon by account managers to assist their clients in analyzing and defining additional revenue opportunities. Represent Client Education during Treasury Service meetings surrounding Business Technology, Product Enhancement and Implementations.

Provides leadership and guidance to military personnel functional process owners in developing, defining, documenting and defending the requirements and performance characteristics for the development, fielding and sustainment of DIMHRS. Leads teams comprising of Active Duty (AD), Air Force Reserve Components from AFPC, MAJCOMs, base-level, DRUs and FOAs that performs complex analyses to determine gaps in DIMHRS as compared to current AF business practices and HR systems support. Is a key AF focal point for the submission and acceptance of all systems requirements, both current (MilPDS) and future (DIMHRS). Provides guidance, assistance and management oversight related to the development, validation, testing and fielding of functional requirements and related functionality for HR personnel systems currently fielded and those planned for the future. Continually meets with business process owners within AFPC, Air Staff and MAJCOMs to discuss progress of projects, system requirements and other activities. Participates in Customer Service Transformation (CST) workshops and provides insight into functionality DIMHRS is projected to provice and devises methods of exploiting system potential to assist functional teams and Air Staff representatives in achieving reengineering goals or policy objectives. Applies expert working knowledge of MilPDS applications and transactions, personnel information systems interfaces and users of the information at every level of HR activity.

Organize and deliver all Equifax Consumer Service and Outsourcer training for Equifax Information Services Associates and call center associates in the US, Canada, Costa Rica and the Philippines. Prepare action plans, training materials and manuals for all training classes. Implement and communicate new policy and procedure updates based on Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act guidelines as required by federal law. Administer weekly calibration meetings with vendors to discuss trends, policies and requirements. Maintain proficiency with Automated Credit Interview System and Automated Credit Report Online System. Maintained a 100% pass rate on all outsourcing vendor training. Developed access database for assessment and QA score tracking to assist in trend analysis
