Areas of specialty include facilities management, office and lab renovations, energy cost savings upgrades, and industrial/process equipment installations in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and University private sectors.Responsible for submittal review and processing, project organization, turnover, and working with subcontractors to help schedule their tasks and deliveries, work with designers to coordinate project drawings and specifications, attend/coordinate project meetings and take meeting minutes as needed, attend prebids, and work with subcontractors and Senior PM on bid organization and pricing, interact with owners, assist field supervision with documentation to support field work, including documents and specifications, and any QA/QC documents necessary for project work, and assist with city/county permitting of projects as needed.

Responsible for identifying new project opportunities that are within the company's strategic markets and preparing the final estimate.Monitor productivity and progress of subcontractors along with compliance with contract documents.Prepare trade contracts and purchase orders for review by Project Executive.Maintain good relationships with clients, designers, consultants and internal clients.Participate as a member of the company business development team.
