- Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated issues- Service hardware issues for printers, desktop, laptops, tablets, MDF/IDFs, Cisco networking, conference rooms, and more- Troubleshoot software issues for Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, VDIs, ChromeOS, MacOS, Office Suite, and more- Create and curate documentation and best practices for new and existing hardware and software in the environment- Provide on site support for high profile meetings and events- Contribute to the onboarding process by training new team members- Be available for On-Call to expedite the return of business operations promptly in the event of high priority technical issues

- Offer technical support to employees, technicians, vendors, and contractors- Conduct 1-on-1 training sessions with new team members- Provide expert guidance to all team members in a specialized role based on experience- Identify, investigate, and report trends for potential issues needing preemptive attention- Create and curate documentation and best practices for new and existing hardware and software in the environment

● Prepare daily financial documents for the organization using proprietary accounting software● Perform maintenance on office computers, printers (inkjet & laser), and other inhouse technology ● Regularly train new team members● Maintain utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive topics and private information● Communicator between management and general team members
