The purpose of this project was build a new system for Customer Care (call center), Billing and Communication (letters) around Oracle CC&B and Oracle Documaker Studio. The new system replaced legacy Customer Care management tools and document management systems. During the project Oracle Documaker Studio 12.1 was configured and later updated to version 12.2. Upgrades and enhancements were completed to meet existing and new business requirements or state compliance requests. This included consolidation of the underlying architecture, content inventory and format.

Dover, New Hampshire - Liberty Mutual Insurance - AutoThe purpose of this project was to enhance four pre-configured Oracle Documaker Studio 11.3 environments for the Auto line of business that included contracts (policies), realtime quote, forms repository and billing. Enhancements were completed to meet new the business requirements or state compliance requests. Projects were completed per a monthly schedule with a deadline to deliver changes and unit testing. I maintained weekly progress reports, and with the Mantis ticketing system, the daily progress of assigned projects.Hartford, Connecticut - Travelers Insurance - ClaimsThe purpose of this project is to upgrade and consolidate 2 Oracle Documaker v10.2 real-time systems into one Oracle Documaker Studio v11.5 real-time system for Claims Correspondence. Upgrades and enhancements were completed to meet new business requirements or state compliance requests. This included consolidation of the underlying architecture and content inventory.
