BEAR Scotland have assumed responsibility for the Network Management of Transport Scotland South East Trunk Road Unit, which now incorprates the former Forth Bridges Unit.I am part of the Major Bridges team covering the Forth Road Bridge, Queensferry Crossing, Clackmannanshire and Kincardine Bridges. At present, I'm continuing in my role as Engineer's Representative for the Forth Road Bridge expansion joint replacement contract.

Approximate cost: £1.4 million.Aberdour Road Upgrading: Realignment and upgrading of existing distributor road which crossed the development area. Approximate cost: £0.8 million.North/South Distributor Road and Leisure Site: Supervision of the construction of a dual carriageway access into the development and bulk earthworks operation, including the removal of an old rubbish tip, to provide a level site for a proposed leisure park. Approximate cost: £3.9 million.Multi Utility Installation: Design co-ordination and site supervision of multi-utility service installation by Scottish Power consisting of electricity, gas and telecommunications infrastructure and liaison with East of Scotland Water regarding the installation of the water mains.
