I supervise all drilling activities and monitor a five man crew working on the rig. I follow established drilling parameters while constantly monitoring the well. I with the help of the rig manager delegate job task,train and mentor my crew. I communicate with rig manager, company man, directional driller as necessary. I am responsible for well control and BOP testing. I maintain daily logs of drilling activities on IADC reports. I assist with rig up/rig down procedures. I ensure compliance with safety procedures. I drill on a cyber style rig with proprietary controls made by victory canada with TSM-1500 drawworks, VARCO TDS-11 top drive, NOV IR-3080 iron roughneck. I worked my way through the ranks with Trinidad Drilling from motor man ,Derrick man, Driller.I have been Drilling since Aug. 2013
