I have been a proud member of Skanska’s Mission Critical Systems group, focusing on Data Center renovations, primarily with our national agreement client, IBM, as well as smaller roles at E-Bay and Royal Bank of Canada. The IBM work involves strategic planning, long term budgeting, program definition, scope development, design management, procurement and supervision. It is a total package from A to Z allowing me the opportunity to exercise complete control over the entire process. This is necessary due to the relentless requirement to absolutely, positively maintain services at all times during the construction process.With experience involving Data Centers, University laboratories, Pharmaceutical laboratories, Fiber Optic distribution on a national scale, cellular switching centers, electronics labs and maximum security correctional installations, I have a very solid Mechanical and Electrical understanding.

At Bovis Lend Lease, my career culminated in a multi-year, multi-state assignment expanding fiber optic distribution nationwide for AT&T, My prior background focused on General Contracting with more traditional construction involving urban Hotel/Residential towers, historical renovations, K-12 Schools, dormitories, parking garages and libraries. I can run site work, concrete, structural steel, masonry, H and sheet piles, drywall, roofing, finish carpentry, marble, terrazzo and modular furniture system installations.
