Report to Assistant Commissioner, Division of Evaluation, Planning and Evaluation. Manage the day to day operations of the Electronic Data Management Center,(EDMC) for all 22 DTA offices in MA.

Manage the day to day operations of the Funerals/Burials, Emergency Assistance for Elderly, Disabled, Children Units, BayState CAP, and Electronic Data Management Center.Manage the day to day operations of the EAEDC Unit at Dudley Square Office. Supervise 51 FTEs, BERS D, BERS C and Clerical Unit.

Managed the Institute's day to day operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with the goals, objectives and polices established by the President and Board of Directors. Analyzed operations, evaluated the performance of the Institute, its staff, and processes to determine program improvement and/or policy change or enhancement.

Directed day to day operations of international refugee, (asylees, victims of trafficking, family reunification cases) resettlement, case management, behavioral health and housing services.

Supervised the financial development of the organization, monitored garden construction projects, and coordinated seed distribution, compost deliveries to Boston's community gardens throughout the city of Boston.

Managed the implementation and administration of a three year, $1 million "high risk" federal grant from, (CSAP) the Center of Substance Abuse Prevention.

Designed, implemented and managed the Dreams and Plans Program; a suicide/drop-out prevention program funded by a grant from the Boston Foundation for Chelsea High School students, professional staff and the whole school community.

Supervised bilingual/bicultural staff and oversaw the coordination of program services for families, youth and elderly residents of the Villa Victoria community. Initiated the mobilization of the Latino Parents Association resulting in the Hispanic Drop-Out Prevention Program; a first for Latino students in the Boston Public Schools.
