Changed the culture of the weight room in the classroom by bringing a new style of high intensity exercise to the classroom, and document student performance. Used personal time to install equipment and floor to enhance the weight room for students. Created an after school Strength and Conditioning program - I create and implement a structured, high intensity workout program for students and athletes focused on increasing speed, strength and self-confidence. With my knowledge and coaching daily attendance grew from five to ten students to fifty plus students attending from all sports. Attended the National PE and Health convention in Seattle, WA in March of 2015 to work with PEP grant coordinators. Train 8-10 one-hour CrossFit classes per week and one Olympic Weightlifting class. Helped grow a business with James Moffett, which now has over 115 members - Managerial duties include program design, website design, billing, recruiting, etc. Counsel clients on nutrition, and regularly perform nutrition/fitness health challenges.
