pest control for 13 years now. A decade ago I was hired with Ecoshield Pest Control as a technician with no prior experience in pest management, I quickly realized it can be my top career choice as I enjoy communicating with customers, the variations of seasons while working outside and the labor of work. It is nice knowing that Pest Control can ultimately save lives. I started off in Ecoshield residential, quickly become a top Technician and won several awards for the most reviews through out corporate. I then left Ecoshield to expand my interests so I was hired by McCloud services to experient commercial and food distribution Pest management, I enjoyed McCloud as there was more intense critical thinking. I was then offered a better opportunity with Fox Pest Control and quickly moved up to a lead technician with minimal call backs and plenty of great reviews. FOX has been great with assisting me in the leadership role with supplying me with several leadership books, several written by John C. Maxwell. I'm here to see what the Pest Control industry has to offer. After being promoted to Service Manager I decided to take a great opportunity on starting Clae Pest Control from scratch. 2 years later with over 350 customers, over 100 '5 star' google reviews Clae is on its way. With one sales rep and one tech/Regional Manager manager(me) Clae will easily be your newest competition. We opened a branch in Missouri last year as well.
