Developed and delivered proof-of-concepts for data integrations by:1) Writing Python notebooks in Databricks to develop ETL logic for each integration and manually trigger runs. 2) Collaborating weekly with electric business stakeholders to define requirements, demo & feedback, and test in the app. 3) Presenting monthly progress in ART-wide system demo calls, explaining high-level and technical details while screen sharing.

Facilitated digital product implementation by: 1) Communicating daily with the product team, data engineers, and stakeholders to remove blockers and align plans for software configuration and data integration. 2) Spearheading user acceptance testing for the app's out-of-the-box tools to ensure proper functionality.3) Creating materials that serve as foundations for planning and decision making, such as timelines, requirement lists, and data field mappings to vendor API endpoints. The app will be used by National Grid's electric business. It will centralize the digital tools used on a daily basis, improving data quality and increasing efficiency. This will be instrumental for the energy transition and the electrification of the grid. National Grid's high aspirations will require management of countless new electric projects in the coming years.

Enabled data-driven decision making by: 1) Creating Power BI dashboards with accessible data visualizations and calculations that share insights with executives, enabling their decision-making process 2) Communicating and building relationships with IT stakeholders to understand their data and how to best present it3) Automating data refresh and file organization with Power Automate and Power Query Created and improved Power BI reports used by IT leadership and managed all responsibilities with ongoing stakeholder management, data source management, building data visualizations, demoing/feedback, and presenting the finalized report.Created and maintained/troubleshooted Power Automate flows that automated data cleaning, data refresh, moving files within SharePoint, and updating calculations. Inventoried duplicate and unused reports, datasets, and dataflows and collaborated with the team to delete all unnecessary items.Transitioned 3 Power BI reports, 17 Power BI dataflows, 5 Power Automate flows, and one data calculation to my teammates prior to rotating to my 2nd team within the Graduate Development Program"His way of explaining data issues, working through requirements, and sharing data insights to stakeholders is commendable."
