• Assist cost engineering on the Chevron Big Foot Project ensuring contractor workforce’s timesheets are accurate and work is being executed as described• Develop a reporting structure to ensure cost engineers are informed with the latest in regards to manpower and timesheets• Perform audit of contractors time collection and billing process• Manage and review contractor submitted time sheets for T&M job, 2000+ employees• Format and upload daily Excel time sheets into Access database• Analyze invoice data prior to submitting for final payment approval, mathematical checks, review against contract terms and conditions• Create reports, charts, queries in Excel and Access to assist project controls team with data analysis• Log equipment and material accruals to provide support for monthly invoicing• Interview contractor’s lead-men to ensure time is being charged to the proper Work Packages • Generate a report for cost engineers when there are discrepancies• Assisted with documents in which various materials needed verification of purchase and delivery• Extracted information from various E-room documents which needed addressing • Created Excel worksheets displaying set of materials lacking specific documents• Worked with Materials Department spearheading missing and misplaced resources• Supported Document Control with verifying drawings to transmittals

Worked with schools and families to help deliver prevention & invervention curriculum in a group setting that targeted age groups between 11-17yrs old. The curriculum used was named "All Stars" and the State funded program was called Ayuda Program out of the 36th JDJP. The prevention program helped teach about the dangers of wrong choices and problems that our youth face today.
