I am an analytical, direct, passionate and team-oriented facilities/property management professional with expertise in physical plant assessment, improvement and maintenance as well as large construction project management processes.My career spans over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate management and facilities operations representing both the tenant and landlord interests. This includes a wide array of product types including retail shopping centers, multilevel office buildings, industrial/warehouse, residential complexes. It has given me great pleasure to assemble and lead operational teams covering diverse geographic areas. These teams successfully implemented daily operational plans to maintain, improve and increase the value of properties and facilities.
