Prior to merging with Sierra Realty Advisors, Rob formed Commercial Realty and Development, Inc. (CRD) in 1992 and has provided tenant and landlord representation primarily in the downtown and surrounding Chicagoland markets. He has worked with a variety of developers and tenants on both vertical and traditional developments. Having worked through the development process on both the landlord and tenant side, he has the unique ability to anticipate and plan for a retailer’s or restaurateur’s needs and requirements. His coordination and follow-up from an owner to an architect and a contractor to a tenant offers insight that can save time, money, and offer flexibility to a project that is hard to achieve. 15 years of Brokerage experience in Chicago has provided him great contacts and market knowledge of how Chicago works. Rob and his team work with a variety of local and major national retailers and high-rise developers. Rob is a graduate of American University and an active member of the ICSC.
