My last project with Barratt was situated in Leicester on a brand new piece of land consisting of units which included bespoke homes and apartments.I had previously built on several other developments including 2 to 5 bed houses and apartment blocks.Reason for leaving: opportunity to manage and lead teams building an architecturally more challenge product.

Alongside learning within the role, I also started a BSc (Hons) Degree in Residential Development and Construction at Sheffield Hallam, and completed this in 2021

Working as a Non-commissioned officer in the Royal Air Force Tactial Police Squadron I was part of a team whereby I was regularly deployed to different parts of the world, often at very short notice to complete assignments set out by the Ministry.
