Coordinate, organize publicity, advertising and other marketing opportunities to promote a non- profit home care agency.Established relationships with outside healthcare organizations to promote the visibility of the organization.Organized mobile meals program in 2008 to deliver to homebound seniors in the city of Dubuque by volunteers with meals prepared at Luther Manor.Developed other revenue streams, in addition to a mobile meals program to include, Lifeline by Phillips Corporation; state waiver providers, elderly and the ill and handicap waivers.Other responsibilities include hiring and management of 20+caregivers, management of healthcare services to the clients, establishment of healthcare waivers for the elderly and accountability for budgeting and success of the agency.

Manage day to day operations for retired senior volunteer program. Grant writing for funding of operation, locally, statewide and nationally.Coordination of over 400 senior volunteers to partner with area non-profits to help them achieve their missions.Coordinated Lots of Socks, Hats and Mittens, Too event held annually to collect and distribute those winter items for children less fortunate in the area.

Co-manage day-to-day operations of a 51 unit senior retirement community with over 60 residents and 20 support staff. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs; develop and maintain marketing and collateral materials. Assist and develop programs and activities to meet the needs and interests of the residents, like our Professional Speaker Series Program, where we invite area professionals to come and speak on topics of interest to our seniors. Member of numerous committees; Ethics, Safety, Campus Management, CARF Accreditation, Christmas Fair and 25th Anniversary Committee.Coordinate and organize publicity and advertising and other marketing opportunities for a non-profit organization that includes three ministries; a 51-unit retirement community, adult day services, and a 250-bed nursing home. Develop and organize collateral materials for all three ministries.Attain established conversion goals and established occupancy levels that have always been maintained at 90% or greater since my arrival.
