My role with Datara Group required me to wear several different hats depending on the projects that I was assigned to. I worked both with Datara’s external clients to help deliver Performance Engineering and Application Performance Management projects and on internal projects to develop IT systems and business procedures. All of my roles required hands-on.

The Level 2 System Administrator role at NorCal Helpdesk consisted of the support of a large legacy email system for a local health district. I was a part of a team of four that supported the backend IT systems as well as facilitated the administration of user privileges. As a team, we were responsible for server maintenance and performance issue.

I started with BP Metrics as a Junior Software Engineer in a team of 4, developing a data migration tool in C#/.Net for HP BAC. I was later trained as a Performance Engineer and developed Performance Test scripts in HP LoadRunner using C, Java, Javascript. During this time, I was exposed to many of BP Metrics client’s IT systems and was mentored in issue.
