My role with Datara Group required me to wear several different hats depending on the projects that I was assigned to. I worked both with Datara’s external clients to help deliver Performance Engineering and Application Performance Management projects and on internal projects to develop IT systems and business procedures. All of my roles required hands-on, technical knowledge and problem solving as key skills to the success of the project. As a Practice Manager and Technical Account Manager, I was also responsible for client relationships, project oversight and people management of the Datara team that were assigned to projects of the accounts I was responsible for.Key Responsibilities:- Service delivery of Application Performance Management and Performance engineering services, included performance test planning, scripting, and execution, Dynatrace - Provided technical analysis to assist with the remediation of performance issues using Performance Engineering and Application Performance Management practices.- Facilitated business development and stakeholder management.- Provided technical oversight and guidance of Performance Engineering and Application Performance Management activities.- Provided people management for Datara Group’s team members.- Developed technical training courses for internal staff.

The Level 2 System Administrator role at NorCal Helpdesk consisted of the support of a large legacy email system for a local health district. I was a part of a team of four that supported the backend IT systems as well as facilitated the administration of user privileges. As a team, we were responsible for server maintenance and performance issue remediation and utilised monitoring and automation to perform administration tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Perform systems administration functions for the district wide e-mail system.- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosing production problems; correct identified problems.- Perform systems security administration functions, including creating customer profiles and accounts.- Monitored and managed system resources.- Creation and modification of scripts to resolve performance problems and automate systems administration tasks.- Maintain system documentation and logs.

I started with BP Metrics as a Junior Software Engineer in a team of 4, developing a data migration tool in C#/.Net for HP BAC. I was later trained as a Performance Engineer and developed Performance Test scripts in HP LoadRunner using C, Java, Javascript. During this time, I was exposed to many of BP Metrics client’s IT systems and was mentored in issue root-cause analysis and issue remediation. Toward the end of my time with BP Metrics, I was also responsible for performance test planning, execution and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- The development, maintenance and execution of performance test scripts and scenarios to verify non-functional requirements.- Working with Project Managers to identify business requirements and project scope.- Creation of performance test approach and plan.- Performance test result analysis, reporting, and remedial work.- Preparation of all test data for the performance testing effort- Recording defects in the defect management system and liaising with development teams on defect resolution.- The design and development of a bespoke migration tool for HP BAC/ALM
