Adapted existing operational environment and systems to accommodate 50+ clients, 1050 accounts with assets exceeding $100 billion. Developed and implemented various, new cash collection and payment systems, and created dynamic ways of providing statements to investors.• Delivered high levels of client service and relationship management from beginning (RFP, marketing etc.) to end (transition) through personal focus and clear, consistent communication. Played a large part, as client advocate, in all other aspects of servicing; contract and fee negotiations, third party agreements, technology enhancements, service level discussions and reporting, client visitation and meetings, status calls and presentations.•Coordinated with and met all due diligence, compliance, legal, risk, audit and regulatory requirements (internal and external) associated with these clients.
