During my nearly 15 years at Coterra Energy, I was given roles of increasing responsibility, moving from a Senior Landman role to reporting directly to the Executive Team, leading the Corporate Land, Land Data, Records, Division Orders, Leases and Contracts teams. Building off that leadership experience, I now lead the Land Administration and Land Systems, Process and Data Teams at Vital Energy. A results driven leader, with a focus on process optimization and the discovery and implementation of innovative solutions, I enjoy being a part of the land department’s digital transformation journey. I received both my undergraduate and law degree from the University of Oklahoma, am an alumni of Tulsa University's ELITE Leadership Institute, as well as Leadership Tulsa's flagship program (Class 60). I sit on the Board of Directors for Family and Children's Services, Tulsa KLIFE, and am a former long-standing board member of the Tulsa Association of Petroleum Landmen (TAPL).
