Previous development accomplishments include an IP Network Operating System for packet radios in 1994-98 deployed to USFK, Radio Network Planning S/W in 1996 for TFXXI, and a Full duplex ISDN based Fiber Optic Modem in 1991-92 which became the basis for the production NATO Combat Net Radio Gateway Interface. Provided government management oversight for efforts to deploy numerous Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs) for US forces in OIF and OEF - especially those involving use of commercial internet/telecommunications products and data radios, and led efforts to ensure these met US Army Information Assurance standards.

Patent issued 2004-01-20 US6680730 "Remote control of apparatus using computer networks". Debuted in August 2001 at the International Security Conference in NY and culminated in negotiations for a licensing arrangement in 2010.
