Currently I work in the wealth management department covering a number of tasks related to trust administration. My primary responsibility is to assist our Trust Officers and Portfolio Managers with client relationships and to perform the day to day operations for trust administration. Additionally, I am responsible for issues related to property taxes, security movements, account transfers, reconciliations, pricing, and monthly reporting.

As a Mutual Fund Analyst, I performed data analysis and reporting as it relates to the 15c process. This involves identifying and creating comparison groups of mutual funds, calculation of a wide variety of metrics, producing customized reports, presenting the findings to the Board of Directors for the mutual fund company, and ongoing client communication throughout the process.

I began my career at State Street working in Fund Accounting, this involved such tasks as pricing of mutual funds, expense processing, corporate action processing and verification, issue resolution with client, various reporting tasks, and trade settlements. Within a year I was promoted to oversee a small team performing these tasks, in this role I reviewed the work of my team and trained staff.I moved on to become a Senior Associate where my primary responsibility was to oversee cash movements, trade settlements, and various reconciliation procedures. This evolved to include a large amount of staff training and development. I created and implemented new procedures and processes for the majority of tasks within the department that significantly increased timeliness and accuracy. I also served as my business unit’s representative when working on larger projects across the organization and worked extensively on internal and external audit issues.
