Bob served in the U.S. army as a non-commissioned officer for 6 years. He then joined the Police force and became the youngest Chief of Police in the state of West Virginia. He moved into private institutional business where he worked for several Fortune 100 and 500 companies in a senior management capacity for over 30 years. These companies include The Vanguard Group, Allied Signal Aerospace and Kaiser Permanente. During this time, his experience included multi-state management responsibilities, union negotiations, budget & project management, employee relations negotiations, risk assessments and workplace violence prevention. He is a frequent speaker to public and private industry groups regarding employee safety/security and workplace violence. His most recent experience has been in the healthcare & healthcare insurance industry with Kaiser Permanente and Cambia Health and INA. Bob has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Western International University, Arizona. His Volunteering and Board experience includes: CPP (Board Certified in Security Management) ASIS; Past Tigard-Tualatin School Board Member; current Assistant Regional VP ASIS International in NW, Past ASIS International Chapter Chair for both Arizona and Oregon; Tigard Football Assoc.
