-reviewing, analyzing, approving and underwriting moderate individual consumer requests and products within company and industry guidelines- evaluating and ensuring overall loan documents are accurate, complete and compliant, reviewing of financial statements, credit reports, applicable ratios and other supporting documentation (pay stubs and tax returns) - using an automated scoring system or traditional underwriting to determine acceptability of moderate requests-Comprehensive knowledge of underwriting guidelines and restrictions for conventional and government-insured loan programs for both conforming and nonconforming mortgages. Work collaboratively with team members to drive deals to successful funding and close.

-Originating/ credit approving consumer and commercial loans (reviewing bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns and appraisals) -reviewing, analyzing, approving and underwriting moderate individual consumer requests and products within company and industry guidelines- evaluating and ensuring overall loan documents are accurate, complete and compliant, reviewing of financial statements, credit reports, applicable ratios and other supporting documentation (pay stubs and tax returns)-Hiring, training and supervising all staff that works within the bank- Completing all necessary security checks and reference checks for potential employees-Setting policies and training staff regarding changes in bank policies as needed-Developing new marketing programs or incentives to increase the deposits and services offered by the bank- Following all bank policies as determined by the board of directors, bank president -Addressing and handling customer complaints, discrepancies in accounts or shortages from the various tills or teller areas of the bank.- Providing assistance to bank clients and making sure that they are satisfied with bank services

-Maintain a systematic process for identifying delinquent accounts of borrowers and established methods and procedures for immediately resolving delinquent situations with collection activity-Review collection reports to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding and evaluate effectiveness of collection policies and procedures- Audit delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectible to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to account. -Take action to repossess, foreclose, and take possession of collateral security involved in delinquent loans-Conduct evaluations of collateral security and arranges for disposition of same
