Installing, programming, and trouble shooting a variety of high end wood working machinery. Dealing in the Homag Group: Homag, Brandt, Weeke, Butfering, and others. Communicating with other service techs, tech support, manufactures reps., and managers. Keeping detailed records of service calls, expense reports, and other work orders. Teaching customers employees how to operate, maintain, and trouble shooting their machinery. And dealing with tight schedules and travel.

Programming, maintaining and operating all of the manufacturing equipment. Such as Motoman Welding Robots, Staubli Laser Cutting Robots, Swatz-Robotech Tube Benders, Weco Tech End Formers, and a number of other pieces of equipment. Keeping them in good Working order, and keeping track of inventory, parts and supplies. Fix all that needs to be, while working with others on making tight deadlines, also having perfect attendance and excellent performance.

Performing routine maintenance: Preventative maintenance on all mechanicals. Fabricating tools and fixtures for the machinery to help operate more efficient. Replacing and rebuilding pumps, motors, and bearings, also performing minor electrical duties. Do whatever it takes to make sure machines stay up and running in an efficient and safe manner.

Inspecting and installing propane services and responding to emergency and trouble calls in residential and commercial buildings according to state and company codes, which demands working with the public, fellow co-workers, and tight schedules. Requires a C.D.L. Class B with Haz. Mat. Tanker, Air Brake license to perform these tasks.
