I Started Palletforce in October 2008 as a cleaner putting in extra hours to get the site to a high standard and learning about the company from the bottom. I Designed and set up a training academy to build them in to a high pressured environment so they can do the job correctly and know all the aspects of the company, I managed them through the academy awarding them their FLT certificate, helping them complete there NVQ and getting them signed off with a full time job. I looked after the site for numerous amounts of months ensuring health and safety was being followed and the world class hub was kept to a high standard.
