In addition to restoring your building structure following a loss, we also offer document and contents restoration. These services restore documents, books, x-rays, microfiche and other types of media and contents.Operating throughout the United States and Canada 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, all of our staff is directly employed and trained to use the most advanced equipment and techniques to return properties, documents and contents to pre-loss condition following damage by fire or water.I have been involved in Operations @ Polygon formerly Munters Corporation my entire restoration career. Pick a hurricane or significant flood event since 1994 and I've been there or involved. Opal, Fran, Ivan, Isabel, Charlie, Katrina, Ike, Gustav etc, etc. I also mobilized and Managed the Munters' endeavor to dry the Pentagon after 911. The industry has evolved to include Mold and indoor environmental concerns. I currently hold a CMRS and CSDS from ACAC. I have managed many large projects, developed strong customer relationships and have assembled personnel, equipment and resources for emergency response. My ability to understand and communicate with the team has always been my strength. My success is attributed to spending time in the field, working with and mentoring team-members. I am an accomplished leader with proven capabilities and a skilled team builder leading teams of company employees during national disasters and under extreme working conditions.

As Regional Operations Manager I organized daily response to projects with Team members. Each office Ops Team would communicate daily and I would "steer the boat". I assisted the Team with sharing available resources and maximized personnel and equipment to support incoming work.
