As a Manager of Talent Recruitment at Uncommon Schools, I am passionate about finding and hiring exceptional school leaders who share our vision of closing the opportunity gap and preparing low-income students for college. I have over 10 years of experience in the education sector, ranging from teaching mathematics to managing dean of students.In my current role, I leverage my skills in teaching, leadership, and project management to design and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews and assessments, and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. I also collaborate with a diverse and talented team of recruiters across our 54 schools and support them with training, coaching, and feedback.
